Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate/Commercial Team. They operate in a collaborative and casual work environment with an expectation of working in the office in Downtown Toronto.
This bay street firm offers a small firm culture while still doing complex and rewarding work. For this position it is possible to come on-board as either an income partner or as an associate, and they enable all their associates to work towards partner-track.
A successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- 5+ years of experience practising law
- A portable book of business or relevant experience in client development
- Franchise law experience is an asset
