Commercial Real Estate Associate
Our client, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, is currently seeking an associate for its Commercial Real Estate Group in its Toronto office.
Their commercial real estate group serves a prestigious client base of developers, financial institutions, investors and retailers and is regularly involved in complex real estate transactions, providing innovative and practical advice on a broad spectrum of matters.
You will work in a team environment, supporting existing real estate clients on a wide variety of transactions, including: acquisitions and dispositions, lending, both borrower and lender side transactions, along with joint venture and co-ownership structures.
Applicants must have three to six years of commercial real estate experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
