The OBA congratulates Justice Ranjan K. Agarwal on his appointment to the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario in Brampton

Justice Agarwal has been a distinguished class actions practitioner and partner at Bennett Jones LLP. He has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto and a co-author of Class Actions Law and Practice. In addition, he is a past president of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto and First Vice President of the Ontario Bar Association.
