In the interests of empowering legal employers in their efforts to build inclusive and supportive workplaces, the OBA is developing a repository of relevant tips and ideas on our Peer Support Network portal, beginning with the suggestions that arose from our program at the Central West Annual AG Dinner on Accommodation and Beyond: Building inclusion in the Legal Profession.
