Keeping the Momentum Going Through Solutions

OBA Solution Circles have been an opportunity for engagement. They are brief, positive, solution-oriented facilitated discussions where OBA members of all genders work together to identify issues affecting areas of gender equality and help set an agenda for solution-building.

In spring 2019, the OBA hosted a series of Solution Circles on various topics with a wide range of practitioners. A summary of those discussions is available in A Report from the OBA’s Solution Circles and Workbook.

OBA Solution Circles are aimed at better understanding individuals’ experiences while also unlocking practical steps the profession can take immediately to break down barriers and advance gender equality.
