Plaintiff suffered traumatic brain injury in a motor vehicle accident and sues his insurer. Defendant seeks preservation and production of information from Facebook. The defendant produced evidence demonstrating that there are relevant photographs of the Plaintiff participating in social activities posted on his Facebook profile. Court ordered plaintiff to provide a further and better Affidavit of Documents, and to preserve any and all documentation on Facebook.
