MAG – Amendments to Regulations under the Courts of Justice Act

Amendments to R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 194 and O. Reg. 258/98 under the Courts of Justice Act were approved on September 19, 2025, and filed on September 22, 2025, making various changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure (RCP) and the Rules of the Small Claims Court (RSCC) regarding the enforcement of orders.
