Biography
Lisa is a tax lawyer. Her practice focuses primarily on tax litigation and resolving disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Lisa is bilingual, representing her clients in both English and French.
Lisa has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court.

Biography
Adam is a tax and estate planning lawyer. His areas of practice include corporate and personal tax planning and estate planning and the implementation of tax and estate plans including the preparation of trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Adam holds a JD from the University of Toronto, an LLM in Taxation from New York University and a BA from the University of Chicago. He has completed the in-depth tax course and the in-depth HST/GST course conducted by CPA Canada. Adam is a frequent writer and speaker on taxation and estate planning including on social media. He is a regular contributor to the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Tax for the Owner–Manager and other Foundation publications. Adam produces the Owner-Manager Tax Brief – a digest of key cases, legislative changes, and developments in owner-manager taxation. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Jason Rosen is founding Partner at Rosen & Associates and recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Tax Law Specialist. Jason provides effective and aggressive representation by taking a proactive, client centered approach for his domestic and international clients alike. Throughout his time in the field, Jason has gained a comprehensive understanding of tax procedures and the dispute resolution process. Jason advises a variety of clients involved in a broad range of disputes with provincial and federal tax authorities. Jason successfully represents a large range of clientele, from individual taxpayers to small and medium size corporations. Jason has been counsel of record on matters at the Tax Court of Canada, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Appeal. Not only is Jason a litigator, he also assists clients throughout the audit and objection processes. Furthermore, Jason delivers effective negotiations with respect to collections arrangements, drafts applications for taxpayer relief to eliminate interest and penalties as well as manages all aspects of the Voluntary Disclosures Program. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Ryerson University. He began his law career studying abroad at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, and completed his JD at the University of Windsor Ontario. Jason’s experience has equipped him with the ability and capacity to provide tax related advice of the highest quality. Biography
Mary is a Manager, Legal Services with PwC Law LLP in downtown Toronto, providing tax litigation and consulting services in executive and deferred compensation and benefit arrangements. Before joining PwC, Mary worked as a tax lawyer in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to law, Mary worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. While her primary focus was investment consulting; she also advised high-net-worth clients on real estate transactions, estate matters and retirement planning. Mary is enrolled in the In-Depth Tax Program with CPA. She received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and is called to the Bar in Ontario.
