Robert J. Richler
Biography
Robert is a lawyer and human resource advisor at Bernardi Human Resource Law. He has obtained a wide range of experience as an employment and labour lawyer, both as in-house counsel and in private practice. His time as in-house counsel coupled with his MBA has given Robert great insight into the needs of organizations. He is attuned to the types of considerations organizations must weigh when making decisions regarding their employees. Robert works with both unionized and non-unionized employers to find innovative ways to resolve conflicts and legal challenges in a cost-effective manner that is sensitive to the business needs of an organization. Robert advises employers and employees in contract negotiations, terminations, wrongful dismissals and collective bargaining matters. Robert also conducts workplace training and investigations. Robert has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as at the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He has also appeared as counsel at federal inquiries, mediations, arbitrations, trials and before various regulators. Robert takes pride in his ability to help parties resolve workplace challenges in situations they believed could not be resolved. Robert is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour and Employment Division and the Mensa Canada Society.

Mitchell Rose
Biography
Mitchell Rose is an Ontario mediator, arbitrator and principal of Rose Dispute Resolution and Mitchell Rose Law (settlement counsel/employment lawyer). He delivers practical solutions to legal problems to help clients avoid excessive cost and minimize conflict. Mitchell provides in-person, virtual and hybrid alternative dispute resolution and legal services in Ontario covering a wide range of civil disputes, including: (employer and employee) employment law; business conflicts (including shareholder remedies and partnership issues); corporate-commercial disputes; debt and mortgage enforcement; estate litigation-insurance matters; professional negligence; neighbour/boundary disputes, and; real estate transaction issues and commercial tenancies.
Mana Khami
Biography
Mana Khami is a partner at HARRISON PENSA™ (London and Toronto). Mana is engaged most often with employment and labour issues, human rights violations, commercial litigation, professional negligence, breach of contract cases, issues involving election law, and general litigation.
Mana has been highly active in the community, serving on multiple boards
and becoming involved in as many fundraising events as possible, both inside
and outside the firm. Mana previously served as an Executive Board Member of
the London Cross Cultural Learner Centre, as a Board Member for a local riding association, was the President of the Regional HIV/Aids Connection, and sat on
the Research Ethics Board at Fanshawe College. Mana is currently a Board Member of the London Lawyers Feed the Hungry and its “Court House Rocks” Committee, is a Board Member for the 20 Under 40 Foundation, and is a board member on the OBA ADR Executive Board, and the Vice-Chair of the OBA ADR Executive for 2020-2021.
In addition, Mana was an adjunct professor for the Civil Procedure class
at Western Law in the Fall of 2017. Mana has also helped teach the Litigation Practice Course at Western University as a facilitator for 8 years, she has participated in the Brescia Professional Mentoring Program for a number of years and has helped judge student moots at Western University for a number of years. She has also provided her time and expertise to the Western Law Small Claims Court Project for many years, attending three- or
four-hour sessions in order to help law students provide free legal advice to
those who cannot afford legal services.
In 2015, Mana was the recipient of London’s Top 20 under 40 award, and in 2017, she received an Ontario Volunteer Service Award.
Oksana Romanov

I was called to the Bar of Ontario in September 2023 Call. Currently, I work as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Northeastern Ontario. In 2024, I completed a judicial clerkship with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice with Distinction. I hold a JD with Distinction (2023) from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. I am the past Ontario Bar Association Student Section Executive, Lincoln Alexander Law’s Ambassador (2022-2023), and a former Fulbright Fellow.

Inna Koldorf
Biography
Inna is an employment and labour lawyer and a workplace investigator at Miller Thomson LLP. She assists companies with managing their workforce and addressing human resources legal matters. Inna completed a double major in Sociology and Law & Society before completing her law degree. Inna previously served as the Vice-President of the Northview Heights Early Learning Centre Board of Directors, a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Continuing Legal Education Committee, a member of the Ontario Labour Relations Board Advisory Committee, a Director on the Board of Directors of the Yellow Brick House and a Director on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association of York and South Simcoe. She is currently serving on the Ontario Bar Association Labour and Employment Law Section Executive.
Brandon Cheuk
Biography
Brandon provides simple and logical solutions for employers facing challenging legal problems. He regularly advises private and public sector employers on all areas of labour and employment law. Brandon obtained his J.D. in 2019 from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Brandon worked as the Senior Division Leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP) where he represented clients before various administrative tribunals. He also assisted the Ontario Deputy Judges' Association with researching a number of complex legal issues. Prior to attending law school, Brandon received a B.Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry, with a specialization in biomedical research, from McMaster University. He was called to the bar in 2020.
Maciej Lipinski
Biography
Maciej Lipinski, Ph.D., J.D., is the principal and founder of The Process Legal. He practices in the areas of employment law, labour relations and education law. Mr. Lipinski represents private and public sector employers and employees on all aspects of labour and employment law, including employee terminations, severance packages, employee discipline, employment policies and handbooks, employment standards, labour arbitrations, and human rights matters. He has a background as a social psychologist, earning his PhD researching how online interactions impact on behaviours and attitudes.He writes and advises on a wide range of issues, including employment standards, policies and contracts, wrongful dismissal claims, health and safety, and human rights issues. Mr. Lipinski is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Toronto. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
