Keeping Current for Civil Litigators

The Civil Litigation Section is pleased to return with a series to help you stay informed about the latest developments in matters that affect all civil litigators, drawing on case law, Rules changes, practice directions and evidence. This series is offered free of charge for OBA Civil Litigation Section members.

A calendar invitation with call-in details will be sent out to registered members one week prior to each session. In the meantime, see below for a list of upcoming sessions along with anticipated topics and save the dates. Hint: It’s the Last Tuesday of each month.

These sessions can be claimed as substantive CPD hours towards your annual Law Society requirement under the “Study Group” category.
