Clinton has almost a decade of experience working at leading immigration law firms in Toronto, Canada where he advised global companies and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex Canadian immigration matters. He enjoys collaborating with businesses to implement Canadian immigration strategies as part of their global plan for workforce management and scaling. In addition to practicing immigration law, Clinton serves as the 2024-2025 Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Citizenship and Immigration Law Section. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he received the Joel S. Guberman Prize in Immigration Law for achieving the highest standing in the course.

Elizabeth has managed the corporate immigration files of many Fortune 500 companies and represented high-profile immigration clients who have appeared in the national media. She is an active advocate of immigration and refugee rights in Canada and frequently presents and advises on immigration issues to organizations, universities, Members of Parliament, unions, and the media. She has also testified several times before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration on various immigration policies. Elizabeth has Juris Doctor law degree the University of Toronto. She also has a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, specializing in Labour & Employment Law where she focused on the intersection between Immigration and Labour & Employment Law for foreign workers. Aminder Kaur Mangat, B.A., LL.B., is a Canadian Barrister & Solicitor and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She is the founder and head legal counsel at AKM Law. Aminder has over a decade of exclusive Canadian immigration experience. She represents corporate clients as well as individuals in all types of matters, specializing in complex cases, including previously refused applications and cases with inadmissibility - medical, criminality, misrepresentation. Aminder is a strong and passionate advocate. She was one of first advocates to successfully argued the use of GPS monitoring on detained individuals, which had previously been vigorously opposed.. Aminder's influential win at the Federal Court of Canada established a landmark decision regarding notices for spousal sponsorship interviews: Johnson v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2017 FC 550 (CanLII). She set another critical precedent in the case of Onyekweli-Ugeh v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), FC 1138 (CanLII), challenging the automatic dismissal of an application based on past misconduct or the 'clean hands' doctrine, advocating for fundamental right to seek a risk assessment. Aminder takes pride in providing sound legal advice and representation to her clients coming to Canada to pursue new life experiences.
