Drawing on her experiences during Hurricane Sandy, Chair of the OBA’s Equality Committee, Sojourner King, talks about how important it is spend time with yourself, to make time for your family, to take time away from the news and to get some fresh air to help you stay positive.
The OBA office will be closed from December 24 to January 2 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 5.
