The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has posted new Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice directions for both civil and family law proceedings.
The practice directions provide guidance on the responsible use of AI in court proceedings and are intended to promote transparency, accuracy, and accountability in the use of AI tools.
