As of July 24, 2026, all email notifications from the Tribunals Ontario Portal to Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) applicants, respondents and other parties will be sent from a new email id – ltbdonotreply@tribunalsontario.ca .
To prepare for this change and avoid missing notifications, parties using the Tribunals Ontario Portal should add the new email to their contacts list in their email service.
