Tribunals Ontario has increased public access to Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) orders. As of July 24, 2026, the LTB has begun to post final orders issued between January 2026 and May 2026 on the Ontario government’s Open Data Catalogue (ODC). These will not include orders for which confidentiality has been granted.
The LTB will soon commence publishing orders dating back to 2021 in phases, with historical orders added incrementally over time.
