New Artificial Intelligence (AI) practice directions have been posted for criminal law proceedings. The practice directions provide guidance on the use of AI in court proceedings and aim to promote transparency, accuracy, and accountability in the use of AI tools.
The Court now has AI practice directions for civil, family, and criminal law proceedings.
