Ontario Real Estate Association ("OREA") is seeking proposals from qualified lawyers and law firms to provide specialized external legal counsel services to OREA's Standard Forms department.
The ideal candidate(s)/firm should have strong expertise in Ontario real estate law, practical knowledge of real estate transactions and demonstrated experience in legal drafting, review and interpretation of real estate forms, agreements and related documentation, including consideration of applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, contractual principles and consumer protection obligations in support of both residential and commercial real estate transactions in Ontario.
