Ontario Court of Justice- Updated Interim Observer Policy – Accessing a Criminal Court Proceeding

In light of the recent escalation of Zoom bombings in courts across the province, the OCJ is implementing an interim policy to limit observers from virtual courts in criminal and POA courts.
