As of April 9, 2026, the Court of Appeal, in partnership with the Ministry of the Attorney General, has launched the Ontario Court of Appeal Public Portal.
Unless the Court directs otherwise, parties must file electronic materials through the portal. The Court’s previous email address for filing electronic materials is no longer active and parties cannot use it to submit material to the Court.
