The Consolidated Practice Direction for the Central South Region effective on June 30, 2025, has been updated as of December 2, 2025.
Please note the following changes:
- The revised Emergency Motion Request Form: G. Urgent Family Motions. This form must be fully completed and submitted to the filing office along with the Notice of Motion, the Affidavit in support of the motion, and an affidavit of service, if applicable.
- Other changes include an addition to the Civil Proceedings section, subsection C, Motions, of a paragraph titled Hyperlinking and Bookmarking Requirements.
- Subsection E of the Civil Proceedings section has been revised to remove the requirement to file draft endorsements for Consent, Without Notice, Unopposed Motions and Motions in Writing and the subsection previously titled Civil Endorsement Sheets has been removed entirely.
- Please also note under Part 9: Courthouse Specific Procedural Notices a new subsection E for Hamilton Sopinka.
