Notice to the Profession for the Toronto Region: Amendments to Authorize the Ontario Courts Public Portal

The Ministry of the Attorney General has approved and filed amendments to R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 194 (Rules of Civil Procedure); O. Reg. 258/98 (Rules of the Small Claims Court); and O. Reg. 114/99 (Family Law Rules) to authorize the Ontario Courts Public Portal for filing and issuance in Toronto and other operational features and processes.
