The Associate Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) has provided the following quarterly updates on case conference and oral hearing booking timeframes:
- For Case Conferences, the LAT is currently canvassing parties for dates in June 2026 and July 2026 and,
- For oral hearings, with a Case Conference held April 2, the LAT is canvassing dates in August 2026, September 2026 and October 2026.
