Legal Aid Ontario has published their Racialized Communities Strategy (RCS) 2026 Action Plan Update. Throughout the past year, they have undertaken several initiatives including:
- strengthening access to language interpreter services
- expanding community partnerships
- continuing to expand financial eligibility thresholds to improve access to legal aid services
- launching a new Family Senior Counsel Program that expands family law services
