Effective September 21, 2026, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) is updating some more of its processes, forms and information materials as a result of amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
Changes concern, but are not limited to:
- N12 (Landlord, a Purchaser or a Family Member Requires the Rental Unit) and N13 (Demolish the Rental Unit, Repair it or Convert it to Another Use);
- Remedies for Tenants (Right of First Refusal); and,
- Applications for Non-Payment of Rent (N4).
