In January, the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) is offering additional Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP) training.
There will be two session options for each of the following topics:
Topic 1: OCPP organization administration session is
Designed for lawyers, organizations, and agencies to learn how to:
- Complete Organization Administration user requests
- Set up and manage an Organization/Agency in the OCPP
- Add support staff to Licensed Representative users within Organization/Agencies in the OCPP
- "Work on Behalf of" Licensed Representatives as support staff
- How to register as legal counsel
- Session Dates:
- Option 1: January 22, 2026 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm
- Option 2: January 30, 2026 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Topic 2: OCPP e-filing demonstration
Designed for lawyers and paralegals to learn how to:
- Search for cases and request access as a verified user
- File material in the new public portal, including how to file on an existing case
- How to correct a rejected filing
- Session Dates:
- Option 1: January 20, 2026, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm
- Option 2: January 28, 2026, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm
