The Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP) launched in the Toronto Region on October 14, 2025.
To support users during this transition, a variety of training resources—including videos and guides—have been made available on the portal.
Users are invited to participate in an online focus group to share feedback and suggestions on the linked training materials.
Please note, this session aims to enhance training materials rather than identify enhancement opportunities within the Ontario Courts Public Portal. The purpose of this session is to understand preferences of users who need training support to use the Ontario Courts Public Portal and these insights will inform the future development and continuous improvement of training resources.
