Central East Region – Newmarket Family Court – Change to Case Center Uploading Protocol

Changes have been made to the process for filing and uploading documents to Case Center for family matters in the Newmarket Family Court, Central East Region.

Effective immediately, for family matters, Counsel shall upload their documents to Case Centre after they have been submitted for filing to the Justice Services Online Portal (JSO). Counsel are no longer required to await confirmation of filing from the JSO before uploading documents to Case Centre.

For case conferences and motions where event bundles have not been created counsel will be allowed to email the materials to the trial co-ordinator subject to the conditions set out in this Advisory Notice.

Where an event bundle has been created and is available in Case Center, all materials submitted through the JSO portal should be uploaded promptly to the corresponding event bundle.
