As of July 20, 2026, Case Center will enforce page count and file size limitations on documents and multimedia content uploaded to the platform to mitigate performance issues and prevent case disruptions.
Currently, Case Center has an upload limit of 500 pages per document, 2 GB per file and 10 GB per multimedia file. Documents that exceed these limits often results in system performance issues, including delays or reduced functionality.
If a user attempts to upload a document that exceeds these limits, they will receive an on-screen message indicating that the upload has been rejected.
Please refer to the linked guide (in English or French) for further details and for options to upload large files within both the page number and file size limits such as by:
- Splitting the document into smaller files before uploading them into Case Center, or
- Using level 1 bookmarks to separate a PDF file into sections that meet the file size requirements before uploading it into Case Center using the “Upload Bookmarked PDF into single section” option.
