Mandate
The Recognition and Leadership Development Committee shall create and execute strategies and provide advice to the OBA Board of Directors in order to ensure a thorough, transparent, fair, and systematic approach to: (a) the development of future OBA leaders; (b) the recognition of OBA Members through: (i) OBA Awards; (ii) Awards given by other organizations; and (c) appointments made to outside bodies by, or on the recommendation of, the OBA.
