This August, the OBA is launching a new Speakers Bureau series of three, free legal-information sessions designed to equip ascending influencers and content creators to build their brands online while avoiding any legal pitfalls: #Verified: Legal Basics Every Influencer Should Know (But Isn’t Told).
Led by OBA members with expertise in social media, contract, intellectual property and information technology, marketing and privacy law, each of the three sessions will focus on fundamental considerations that social media stars-in-the-making must understand in order to leverage their online influence while complying with relevant rules and regulations.
The online sessions, running on August 13, 20, and 27 at 10am, will provide important legal information and invaluable Q&A time with the experienced presenters.
