With a new OBA term underway, there is a lot to look forward to, and among the most anticipated initiatives and events are ones in which the 800+ dedicated and diverse volunteers who form our 40 Section Executives have a direct hand.

Thought-leaders and lifelong learners, OBA Section Executive volunteers contribute insight and authority toward improving practice – from the everyday to the overall environment. Whether it’s hosting Section-exclusive Keeping Up with the Caselaw Series that keep members up to date on the caselaw and legislative changes that impact them most, or advocating on issues and shaping law by adding their voices to OBA submissions to government, the Law Society of Ontario and others, OBA Section Executive members make the enhancement of legal practice and enrichment of lawyer experience a priority.
