Elder law is a legal practice that addresses the various unique legal needs and challenges faced by older adults – given this very broad definition, the concept of “elder law” is expansive and intersectional. This is necessitated by the reality that seniors have diverse and complex backgrounds, lived experiences and needs.
The OBA office will be closed from December 24 to January 2 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 5.
