Effective August 6, 2024, Part V, section A, paragraph 12 was amended to include Calendly as the process for requesting a 9:30 Scheduling Appointment. Parties can now access https://calendly.com/toronto-estates in order to view the court’s availability and request a date for a 9:30 A.M. scheduling appointment.
