Description

Our client, a not-for-profit corporation, is seeking a collaborative and proactive lawyer to join its team as Director, Corporate Governance. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in corporate governance and regulatory matters, including advising on all aspects of Board protocols, meeting materials and minutes, compliance and risk matters, and governance best practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage complex projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the organization’s Senior Executive Team as well as its Board Members and Committee Chairs on a wide range of meaningful charitable and community endeavors.
