Associate Lawyer - Condo Law Group

Description

We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience practicing as a solicitor, preferably in condominium law, for our Toronto Condo Law Group. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy practice area in a thriving law firm known for delivering services with a more personal touch.

The successful candidate will be working primarily with partners in our Condominium Law Group focused on advisory and governance work. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team and working independently on their own files with direct client contact.  

Qualifications

• Called to Ontario Bar and in good standing
• Excellent writing, drafting, research and analytical skills; oral advocacy, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Professional disposition for dealing with clients, staff and lawyers
• Strong file and practice management skills
• Possess an eye for attention to detail and drive to achieve a high calibre of work product
• Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment
•  Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately and effectively
