Description
Frangione Garrett LLP is a multi-faceted barristers firm practicing in criminal defence, family law, and child protection.
The successful candidate has a fundamental understanding of the criminal justice system, and the ability to run bail applications, trials, and sentencing hearings. Further duties will include disclosure review, conducting client interviews, drafting application records including facta, legal research, and court attendances for administrative remands.
Working primarily in Thunder Bay throughout Northwestern Ontario, the successful candidate has the ability to travel to remote satellite courts either on the Trans Canada Highway or fly-in charters to remote communities.
The successful candidate will receive training but is expected to be practice-ready.
