Requirements for Success

• a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Family Law
• strong strategic management skills
• an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution and high client satisfaction
• training and/or experience in Collaborative Family Law, Mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution is an advantage
• a keen understanding of the business of the practice of law
• the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture
