Clinton has almost a decade of experience working at leading immigration law firms in Toronto, Canada where he advised global companies and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex Canadian immigration matters. He enjoys collaborating with businesses to implement Canadian immigration strategies as part of their global plan for workforce management and scaling. In addition to practicing immigration law, Clinton serves as the 2024-2025 Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Citizenship and Immigration Law Section. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he received the Joel S. Guberman Prize in Immigration Law for achieving the highest standing in the course.

Biography
Attorney Sajjad A. Malik is a Business & Immigration Lawyer, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in Canada. He practices law out of his offices in Markham and Oakville in Ontario Canada. Besides holding an MBA, LLB and an LLM Business Law degree from the prestigious UCLA School of Law USA, Attorney Malik also secured a professional medical degree of MBBS/MD. He practiced medicine as a physician before pursuing a quasi-judicial and legal career. Attorney Malik has extensive experience in the public sector on quasi-judicial roles spanning over 10 years when he served on various positions such as Assistant Director, Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax. After completing his Master in Business Law (LLM) from the UCLA in 2008, he headed a Regional Corporate Affairs department in a larger European multinational telecommunication corporation. He started the practice of law internationally in 2009, focused on Business, Immigration, and Tax laws, advising clients on corporate & commercial transactions, corporate finance, tax planning and litigation, serving a diverse base of clients in manufacturing, textile, power, steel, ship-breaking, aviation, capital markets, telecommunication, and media sectors. After being called to the Bar in Ontario, Canada Attorney Malik focused exclusively on Immigration and Business Laws, with a special interest in helping businesses and entrepreneurs establish businesses in Canada and coming to Canada as temporary and permanent residents. He has advised and represented clients on citizenship and immigration matters including but not limited to temporary & permanent residence, skilled professional immigration, business & entrepreneur immigration, the family class including spousal & parent/ grandparent sponsorships, residency obligations, misrepresentation, criminal and medical inadmissibility, permanent residence card renewal, citizenship applications, provincial nominee programs, provincial investor program, super visas, flag removal, humanitarian & compassionate applications, sale purchase of a business, unanimous shareholder agreements, business contracts, sale of shares, corporate compliance matters, tax matters, trademarks, employment and other related business transactions. Aminder Kaur Mangat, B.A., LL.B., is a Canadian Barrister & Solicitor and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She is the founder and head legal counsel at AKM Law. Aminder has over a decade of exclusive Canadian immigration experience. She represents corporate clients as well as individuals in all types of matters, specializing in complex cases, including previously refused applications and cases with inadmissibility - medical, criminality, misrepresentation. Aminder is a strong and passionate advocate. She was one of first advocates to successfully argued the use of GPS monitoring on detained individuals, which had previously been vigorously opposed.. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), FC 1138 (CanLII), challenging the automatic dismissal of an application based on past misconduct or the 'clean hands' doctrine, advocating for fundamental right to seek a risk assessment.
