Biography
Angela Ogang is a bilingual Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public for the Province of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Essex University, a Master of Laws degree from Queen Mary, University of London, and a French Legal Studies Diploma from the University of Strasbourg. As a multicultural woman of colour, Angela seeks to build meaningful, enduring and respectful relationships across different cultures. She values the communities in which she works, and holds being of service as her ultimate purpose.

Graduate of Queen's Law School ('03) and called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. Located in Oakville but providing services to a broad range of locations in the west GTA.

Kavita V. Bhagat C.S. Lawyer I Mediator I Arbitrator I Parenting Coordinator Kavita practices exclusively in the area of family law as pertains to mediating, negotiating, arbitrating and litigating residential arrangements, child and spousal support, property division and the preparation of domestic contracts. She is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, accredited Family Mediator, Arbitrator, Parenting Coordinator, trained Collaborative Professional and former Panel Lawyer for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Kavita is a Coach and Advisor for the Law Society of Ontario. Mentor for Legal Aid Ontario and the NCA Network. She is a former Board Member of the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and past-President of the Peel Chapter of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. She is the Treasurer of Peel Mediation-Arbitration and sits on the board of Volunteer Mississauga Brampton Caledon. A regular presenter for the Ontario Justice Education Network, Catholic Cross-Cultural Services, Canadian Council of Muslim Women, and various Continuing Professional Development programs. She also Coaches the Certificate in Family Mediation Program at York University . She is committed to ensuring and facilitating access to justice, and to educating the public on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to broaden the ways in which individuals and families can achieve outcomes which are tailored to their needs and foster success.
Pia Hundal
Biography
Pia Hundal is a partner in Dentons’ [Litigation group)], with a practice that focuses on estate and trust litigation, including will challenges, will interpretation, passing of accounts applications, dependent’s support claims, power of attorney disputes, guardianships, trust litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Dentons, Pia practiced family law, estates and civil litigation, focusing on estates and trusts matters. As a result of her experience practicing family law, Pia brings a unique perspective on the impact of family law issues on estates matters. Pia works to resolve disputes in the most cost-effective manner and has a great deal of experience resolving disputes at mediation. She also has extensive litigation experience, including work on major trials and arbitrations, and has made countless appearances in the Superior Court of Justice.
