REQUIREMENTS

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

Minimum of 5+ years experience in Corporate Law with a focus on Transactional Matters.

A Book of Business is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of federal and provincial Corporate legislation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
