Our client, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, is currently seeking an associate lawyer to join it’s Tax Group in Toronto.
Their Tax Group has leading expertise advising clients on domestic and international taxation matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions, securities offerings, investment funds, and cross-border planning.
Our client offers a dynamic and positive work environment at a national law firm. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Ontario and have between 2 and 4 years of post-call income tax experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
