Pro Bono Québec, in partnership with other organizations, provide free legal assistance to unrepresented litigants in front of the following courts :

• Family Matters at the Superior Court in Montreal;
• Criminal cases at the Municipal Court in Montreal;
• Cases involving mental health issues at the Court of Appeal in Montreal and Quebec City.

Any unrepresented litigant is entitled to a free legal consultation with a pro bono lawyer, no matter what their income is.
