The Wills Project is a longstanding PBSC project run in partnership between the PBSC chapters of the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law Schools and Fogler Rubinoff LLP. PBSC student volunteers work with volunteer lawyers to draft wills and powers of attorney for low-income clients. Students conduct screening interviews, provide legal information to clients, receive instructions from clients, and draft the documents. As part of the project, students also deliver Public Legal Education (PLE) workshops.
