Prisoner’s Legal Services provides legal services to federal and provincial prisoners in B.C., as well as to parolees. They assist in transfers, segregation, disciplinary charges, parole matters, and sentence calculations. Pro Bono Students Canada volunteers participate in hearings, including performing preliminary legal research, witness preparation, examination, and cross-examination of witnesses and oral submissions.
