I am Senior Counsel at a major financial institution, managing disputes, claims, and investigations.

HIGHLIGHTS OF MY PRO BONO WORK

I am pro bono counsel for Out On Bay Street and OUTlaws in the ongoing TWU proceedings. I have also acted pro bono for Canadian Journalists for Free Expression and volunteered at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre, the Ontario Securities Commission Litigation Assistance Program, and through various Pro Bono Law Ontario duty counsel programs at the Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal, and Small Claims Court.

WHY I DO THIS PRO BONO WORK

Lawyers have an obligation to use their skills and privileged position in society to advance the public interest, the rule of law, and the administration of justice, and providing pro bono legal services is one important way we can contribute.
