Brittany Sud
What I do
Brittany Sud is a supervising lawyer for the Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) Wills Project, which is a project run in partnership between the PBSC chapters of the University of Toronto (U of T) and Osgoode Hall Law School (Osgoode Hall). Brittany is paired with one student from U of T or Osgoode Hall per semester and is assigned a pro bono client. Brittany works with the student and client to create a will and powers of attorney for property and personal care for the client.
Highlights of my Pro Bono Work
As a graduate from Osgoode Hall Law School, Brittany enjoys making connections with law school students as well as helping them gain real life exposure to her favourite area of the law, trusts and estates. Working with the pro bono clients is extremely rewarding, as Brittany knows these clients wouldn't otherwise be able to make a proper Will and powers of attorney.
Why nominee does Pro Bono Work
Brittany has always been keen on giving back to her community throughout her childhood and adult life. The PBSC Wills Project is a great way for her to assist low income individuals in her area of expertise and interest.
