Ontario Court of Justice - Practice Direction: Jordan-Compliant Trial Scheduling

Effective March 17, 2025, the Court is implementing the updated Practice Direction: Jordan-Compliant Trial Scheduling.

Part I of the practice direction applies to all criminal cases in the OCJ with an Information sworn date of November 1, 2023, or later.

Part II of the practice direction applies to all criminal cases with an Information sworn date before November 1, 2023.
