The Court of Appeal has made amendments to s. 7.1 of its Practice Direction Concerning Civil Appeals regarding single-judge motions, including:
- The default time for oral argument is 15 minutes for the moving party and 10 minutes for the responding party, subject to the discretion of the court.
- Late filings will only be accepted in extraordinary circumstances.
