The LAT provides the OBA with quarterly updates on case conference and oral hearing booking timeframes to assist practitioners engaging with the Tribunal.
Currently, the timeframes are:

For Case Conferences, LAT is currently canvassing parties for dates in October and November 2025.

For oral hearings, with a Case Conference held today, LAT is canvassing dates in November 2025, December 2025, and January 2026.
The OBA will continue to publish this information each quarter as we receive it.
