New consolidated provincial and regional practice directions for all proceedings in the Superior Court of Justice have come into effect following a recent review.
The court has re-issued the new provincial and regional practice directions for all proceedings in the Superior Court of Justice effective July 1. At the same time, all other previously issued Superior Court of Justice Practice Directions were revoked.
